Who is Ethicalbiz for?

Ethicalbiz is for individuals who have an involvement in businesses or organisations that operate in an ethical or sustainable way.
 

Do I need to be a business owner?

Not at all. If you are involved in an ethical business or charity as an employee, intern, trustee or, indeed, owner, you are welcome to use this site.
 

Can I belong to any network?

In theory yes, but in practice, if you live in Bath there is not much point in being part of the Orkney network (unless you are planning to move there of course.)
 

Can I form my own group and can it be about anything?

Yes, and yes, as long as it conforms to our Terms and Conditions of Use.
 

Social networking sites are often full of kids. Is there a minimum age?

Yes, 16 years.
 

Can I send press releases about anything through Ethicalbiz?

No, they must be relevant, concise, truthful and well-written.
 

Do the press releases go directly to the media?

Not directly. First they are checked for suitability by our admin team. Then they are released to the media.
 

Why aren't there more questions in the FAQ section?

That is because we have just launched the site and don't know what you're going to ask most frequently!
 

What should I do if I have a question that isn't answered here?
